Even though Spring is fast approaching, I am still all about that berry lipstick. I think this love of mine has grown since watching my mum only wear plum and berry shades whilst growing up. She always looked so glamourous and it was always because of that lipstick colour. Being her daughter, I have obviously adopted this trend and I cannot stop wearing berry lips. I have always wanted to do a post on this, but I just didn’t really have enough to say. I always wore one shade by one brand and that did not change for many years, that was before I branched out and started trying different brands. Now I must have over 50 different berry lipsticks and I can share my favourites with you…
Rimmel Stay Matte Liquid Lipstick – I have been wearing the shade plum every single day since getting it. I absolutely love everything about these matte lipsticks. The formula is long-lasting, doesn’t dry out the lips or cake up, and looks sleek. I honestly think that you get so much more than you paid for with this product and I have already stocked up on my favourite shade.
Sleek Matte Lipstick – So this was the product I wore every single day for many years! The formula of these lipstick are out of this world and I cannot recommend them enough. The product glides on smoothly and lasts forever. I have worn this on many crazy nights out and I kid you not, It has stayed put all night. Can I also highlight that this product is £4.99 and is worth every single penny. If you have never tried these Sleek lipsticks, you are 100% missing out.
Topshop Lip Kit – I have been using Topshop lipsticks since I was around 17. I absolutely love the crayon type products, but Topshop have started to branch out into lip-kits and I am a massive fan. My favourite shade has to be Definitely Maybe. This lip-kit is super affordable, comes with everything you need including glitter and the formula is long-lasting. Something I always look for in lipstick. If you are serious about what is on your lips, you need to buy this lip-kit!
